- Oversee title agents in researching mineral/royalty ownership from sovereignty to present, as well as identifying and completing curative items.
- Assemble bi-weekly Title Priorities agenda and host WebEx meeting, noting any challenges and possible solutions.
- Review lease expirations, drilling restrictions, and subordination status to facilitate the forming of units, including preparing P-12s, working with the surveyors to finalize plats, and preparing and filing Designation of Pooled Units.
- Coordinate with outside counsel for lease purchase/drilling title opinions.
