Petrocasa will implement horizontal well drilling to exploit your mineral resources while maintaining the minimal use of surface locations.

Petrocasa has teamed up with a well respected, surface sensitive 50+ year old Independent, Texas based Oil and Gas Company.

We will implement an extensive 3-D Seismic exploration program that will determine strategic well site locations and will further focus on horizontal wells to effectively develop your acreage to its maximum reserve potential with the least amount of surface use.

We are very understanding of your safety and privacy and the potential for future surface development and will accommodate you with a developmental plan that should not interfere or be a distraction for ranching and potential residential and commercial development.

We will only locate the wells, roads and pipelines in pre-designated, mutually approved areas. We will merge surface facilities into the landscape by masking their presence and will also downsize surface locations after production is obtained to a minimal footprint.
